More InformationHello everyone! Today we are excited to share an enlightening conversation with Manuela Luther. Manulea has been self-employed for 30 years. In 1998, she founded Agentur Luther, a staffing agency based in Leipzig. Before the pandemic, her team managed around 70 events per month. In 2009, she co-created the Leipzig Children’s Day with REWE Leipzig – which by 2017 attracted over 30,000 visitors to the Agra exhibition grounds. During the COVID lockdowns, she trained as an equine-assisted coach – and now works with her white horse Semiro, affectionately known as “the unicorn,” in therapeutic settings. In 2022, she earned her NLP Practitioner diploma. And since 2023, she’s been running Gut Kahnsdorf at Lake Hainersee – a historic location where Friedrich Schiller once wrote poetry.
