Part I — B2B General Terms and Conditions

For recruiting, expert search, interim/freelancer matching, coaching and general consulting services

Version: 27 July 2026 | Applies only to business and professional customers.

1. Company, scope and contract hierarchy

These General Terms and Conditions (the “B2B GTC”) apply to all current and future contracts between SalesPro4U AG, Avenue du Midi 37, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland (“SalesPro4U”, “we” or “us”), and customers acting for purposes related to their trade, business, profession or public function (“Customer”). They do not apply to consumers purchasing services for predominantly private purposes.

The contract consists of the individual offer, order confirmation, agreed service description, any signed engagement letter and these B2B GTC. In case of conflict, the documents apply in that order. Customer terms do not apply unless SalesPro4U expressly accepts them in text form.

References to “text form” include email and electronic signature. Amendments to an individual offer must be confirmed in text form.

2. Services and service categories

SalesPro4U is a strategic people partner for high-tech industries, including Photonics, MedTech, Deep Tech, Semiconductor and related markets. Depending on the individual offer, SalesPro4U may provide the following services:

  • Consulting: growth, market-entry, people and organisation, business-development and related strategic support.

  • Recruiting: executive search, expert search, permanent placement, direct sourcing, candidate presentation and recruitment-process support.

  • Interim and freelance matching: identification and introduction of interim managers, consultants, coaches, mentors, freelancers and project experts.

  • Coaching and workshops: career, leadership, team, talent-development and related professional coaching or workshop services.

2.2. The exact scope, deliverables, project phases, fees, assumptions, timelines and exclusions are defined in the individual offer or engagement letter. SalesPro4U is not obliged to provide services outside the agreed scope.

2.3. M&A and transaction-related assignments require a separate engagement letter. SalesPro4U does not provide legal, tax, audit, regulated investment, financing or securities advice unless explicitly agreed and legally permitted.

2.4. Timelines are planning estimates unless expressly designated as binding. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, changed requirements, candidate availability or third-party circumstances extend the timeline appropriately.

3. Recruiting and matching process

Where recruiting or matching services are agreed, SalesPro4U may prepare a company profile, role or expert profile, job description, sourcing strategy, candidate or expert shortlist and interview or matchmaking process. The specific process is defined in the offer.

SalesPro4U obtains the relevant candidate’s or expert’s prior approval before sharing a profile, CV, direct contact details, LinkedIn profile or other identifiable application material with a specific Customer. Anonymised or short profiles are also shared only after the person has approved the intended disclosure.

The Customer must provide timely feedback and, unless otherwise agreed, inform SalesPro4U within three business days after an introduction, interview or Match-Making Meeting whether the person remains under consideration and what the next steps are.

SalesPro4U may support communication and negotiations, but is not a party to the employment, freelance, interim, coaching or consultancy contract concluded between the Customer and the introduced person.

4. No guarantee and human decisions

SalesPro4U owes the agreed search, preparation, introduction, coordination and support services. SalesPro4U does not guarantee that a suitable person will be available, accept an offer, sign a contract, obtain a permit, meet every expectation, perform successfully or remain in a position or project for a particular period.

Hiring, contracting, onboarding, supervision and termination decisions remain the responsibility of the Customer and the candidate, expert or service provider. No replacement search, refund or renewed search is owed unless expressly stated in the individual offer.

The withdrawal or unavailability of an introduced person for reasons outside SalesPro4U’s control is not a breach by SalesPro4U. The parties may agree on an adjusted search or additional services in text form.

5. Customer cooperation and lawful instructions

The Customer shall provide complete, accurate and current information necessary for the assignment, including the company profile, role requirements, location, working model, compensation range, contractual form, start date, regulatory requirements and relevant decision-making process.

The Customer shall promptly disclose material changes and provide the access, feedback, approvals and decisions reasonably required for performance. If the Customer delays or fails to cooperate, SalesPro4U may suspend the assignment, adjust the timeline and invoice completed work, reserved capacity and additional effort.

The Customer shall use lawful, fair and non-discriminatory requirements and selection criteria. SalesPro4U may decline, suspend or terminate an assignment if requested criteria or conduct appear unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, ethically unacceptable or objectively unrealistic.

The Customer shall treat introduced profiles and documents as confidential, restrict access to persons involved in the decision, and not forward or use them for other roles, entities or purposes without SalesPro4U’s and, where required, the candidate’s prior approval.

6. Candidate information and Customer due diligence

SalesPro4U prepares profiles and summaries with professional care but may rely on information supplied by candidates, experts, Customers and public professional sources. Unless expressly agreed, SalesPro4U does not independently verify every qualification, reference, employment date, identity document, criminal record, work permit or regulatory licence.

Before concluding a contract, the Customer is responsible for any reference checks, identity and qualification verification, right-to-work or permit checks, regulatory checks, background checks and suitability assessments required for the role or project.

The Customer shall not request or conduct unlawful or disproportionate screening and shall comply with applicable employment, equality and data-protection laws.

7. Fees, taxes, expenses and payment

Fees, project stages, success fees, currencies, taxes and payment terms are set out in the individual offer. Fees may include profile or onboarding fees, research and approach fees, fixed project fees, retainers, hourly fees, milestone fees and success fees.

Unless the offer states otherwise, invoices are due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date without deduction. Prices are exclusive of applicable Swiss VAT and other taxes. Reverse-charge or similar tax treatment applies where legally required.

Reasonable travel, accommodation, venue, media-production, database, advertising and other third-party expenses are charged only where stated in the offer or approved by the Customer in advance, except for minor necessary expenses expressly included in a budget.

In case of late payment, SalesPro4U may charge statutory default interest, reasonable reminder and collection costs, suspend services and withhold deliverables until payment is received.

The Customer may set off or withhold payment only against claims acknowledged by SalesPro4U or finally determined by a competent court, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Success fee and definition of an introduction

A person is considered introduced by SalesPro4U when the Customer or a Group Company receives identifying information, a profile, CV, LinkedIn link, video, direct contact, interview opportunity or other information enabling the person to be identified or contacted through SalesPro4U.

Unless the offer states otherwise, the agreed success fee becomes due when the Customer, a Group Company or a third party acting for the Customer enters into an employment, freelance, interim, consultancy, coaching, project, board, advisory or other remunerated relationship with an introduced person, or when the person starts work, whichever occurs first.

The success fee also applies where the person is engaged for a different role, through another entity, via an intermediary, after a temporary interruption, or on terms different from the original assignment, if the engagement occurs within 24 months after the introduction.

If the Customer already had a documented active relationship with the introduced person concerning the same role before the introduction, the Customer must notify SalesPro4U and provide evidence within five business days after the introduction. Otherwise, SalesPro4U’s introduction is presumed to have contributed to the engagement.

9. Non-circumvention and contractual penalty

For 24 months after an introduction, the Customer shall not intentionally circumvent SalesPro4U by directly or indirectly engaging, referring, transferring or contracting with the introduced person without promptly informing SalesPro4U and paying the fees agreed for the relevant engagement.

This obligation applies to the Customer, its affiliates, Group Companies, shareholders, directors and third parties acting on its behalf, and covers all forms of employment, consultancy, freelance, interim, advisory and project collaboration.

In the event of deliberate circumvention, the agreed success fee remains due. In addition, the Customer shall pay a contractual penalty of EUR 10,000 for each deliberate breach. The penalty is without prejudice to the success fee and shall be credited against any additional damages claimed for the same breach. The right of a competent court to reduce an excessive contractual penalty under mandatory Swiss law remains unaffected.

The Customer shall inform SalesPro4U without undue delay of interviews, offers, contracts, starts, extensions and material changes involving an introduced person.

10. Confidentiality and candidate information

Each party shall keep confidential all non-public commercial, technical, financial, strategic and personal information received in connection with the contract and use it only for the agreed purpose. Confidential information includes candidate profiles and CVs, compensation data, search strategies, role profiles, pricing, client information, coaching materials, transaction information and trade secrets.

Disclosure is permitted only to employees, advisers and subcontractors who need the information for the contract and are bound by appropriate confidentiality duties, or where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.

Candidate and expert information may not be entered into an external database, shared with other entities, used for unrelated vacancies or retained longer than necessary without a lawful basis and, where required, the person’s approval.

The confidentiality duty continues for five years after the contract ends; trade secrets and personal data remain protected for as long as required by applicable law or their confidential nature.

11. Intellectual property and permitted use

Each party retains ownership of materials, methods, trademarks, data and intellectual property owned before the assignment. Candidates and experts retain rights in their own CVs, images and personal application materials.

SalesPro4U retains rights in its templates, databases, search methods, profile structures, workshop concepts, coaching materials, texts, layouts and production elements. After full payment, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use agreed deliverables solely for the internal purpose of the assignment.

The Customer may not publish, sell, license, copy for unrelated use or provide SalesPro4U materials or candidate profiles to third parties without prior approval. Publication of names, images, quotations, recordings, case studies, podcasts or videos requires a separate release where applicable.

12. AI-supported tools and human review

SalesPro4U may use approved AI-supported tools for internal administrative, organisational and productivity support, including drafting, translation, structuring, summarising approved meetings, preparing profile drafts, identifying missing information and comparing factual role requirements with manually selected candidate information.

SalesPro4U does not use AI to make fully automated candidate screening, scoring, ranking, selection, rejection, recommendation, coaching or placement decisions. AI is not used for personality scoring, culture-fit scoring, emotion recognition, biometric analysis, behavioural conclusions or performance predictions.

AI-supported outputs are advisory and subject to qualified human review before external use. Customers and candidates do not receive unreviewed raw AI output. Full CVs are not uploaded to AI tools as a standard process; personal data is minimised and, where possible, pseudonymised.

Confidential Customer information is processed with AI-supported tools only following case-specific review and where compatible with confidentiality, data-protection, provider and contractual requirements.

13. Subcontractors, coaches and third-party providers

SalesPro4U may use qualified employees, HR experts, coaches, consultants, researchers, media specialists and technical providers to perform the services. SalesPro4U remains responsible for selecting and coordinating them to the extent required by the contract and applicable law.

Contracts directly concluded between the Customer and an introduced third-party expert, coach, freelancer, interim manager or other provider are separate contracts. SalesPro4U is not responsible for that party’s performance unless SalesPro4U expressly contracts as principal in the individual offer.

14. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the SalesPro4U Privacy Notice available on the SalesPro4U website. The Privacy Notice explains purposes, legal bases, categories of data, recipients, international transfers, retention and data-subject rights.

After receiving candidate or expert data, the Customer generally acts as an independent controller for its own recruitment and contracting activities and is responsible for providing any required information, ensuring security, respecting purpose limitation and deleting data when no longer required.

The Customer shall immediately notify SalesPro4U of any suspected unauthorised disclosure, data-security incident or data-subject request relating to information received from SalesPro4U where coordination is reasonably required.

15. Term, suspension, termination and force majeure

The term of an assignment is stated in the offer. A project ends upon completion, expiry or termination. Unless the offer provides otherwise, either party may terminate an ongoing assignment in text form with 14 days’ notice. Fixed project phases already started remain payable.

Upon termination, the Customer shall pay all completed and started project phases, time spent, reserved capacity, approved third-party costs and any success fee already triggered. Success-fee, introduction, confidentiality, data-protection, intellectual-property, non-circumvention and liability provisions survive termination.

SalesPro4U may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, repeated non-cooperation, non-payment after notice, unlawful or discriminatory instructions, misuse of candidate information, confidentiality breach, deliberate circumvention, abusive conduct or conduct likely to cause material legal or reputational harm.

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government measures, major infrastructure or provider failures and comparable force-majeure events. The affected party shall notify the other party and take reasonable mitigation measures. Either party may terminate if the event continues for more than 60 days and materially prevents performance.

16. Liability

SalesPro4U is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory liability for death or personal injury.

For ordinary negligence, SalesPro4U is liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for the direct, foreseeable damage typical for the contract. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for an assignment is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected assignment during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, SalesPro4U is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, data or reputation, or for decisions, statements, conduct or performance of Customers, candidates, experts or independent third parties.

SalesPro4U is not liable for a candidate’s or expert’s withdrawal, availability, future conduct, work performance or compliance with a separate contract, or for Customer decisions based on information that the Customer was responsible for verifying.

17. Notices, assignment and amendments

Operational notices and approvals may be sent by email to the contact persons stated in the offer. A party shall promptly notify the other of changes to contact or billing information.

The Customer may not assign the contract or claims against SalesPro4U without prior consent, except to a legal successor as part of a merger or transfer of substantially all relevant business, provided that the successor assumes all obligations. SalesPro4U may assign receivables and use subcontractors in accordance with these GTC.

Changes to these B2B GTC apply to future contracts. Changes to an ongoing assignment require agreement in text form unless the change is required by law and does not materially disadvantage the Customer.

18. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

Swiss substantive law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or related to a B2B contract is Fribourg, Switzerland, to the extent legally permissible. SalesPro4U may also bring claims at the Customer’s registered office where permitted.

Translations may be provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails, unless the individual offer expressly designates another version or mandatory law requires otherwise.

19. Final provisions

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The parties shall replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely reflects the lawful commercial purpose. This does not apply where mandatory law requires a different result.

Failure or delay to exercise a right is not a waiver. Rights and remedies are cumulative unless the contract expressly states otherwise.

Part II — Expert Membership and Coaching Terms

For webshop bookings, memberships, coaching services and application support

Version: 27 July 2026 | Applies only for natural persons and webshop users. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Provider, scope and definitions

These Expert Membership and Coaching Terms (“Expert Terms”) apply to contracts concluded through shop.salespro4u.com or directly with SalesPro4U AG, Avenue du Midi 37, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland (“SalesPro4U”, “we” or “us”), for Expert Memberships, coaching sessions, application support, Job Application Videos and related services.

“Expert” means the natural person booking or using the service. An Expert is a “Consumer” where the service is purchased mainly for private purposes. Mandatory consumer rights in the Expert’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.

The contract consists of the product description displayed at booking, the order confirmation, any individual agreement and these Expert Terms, in that order. Deviating terms of the Expert apply only if accepted by SalesPro4U in text form.

2. Contract formation and eligibility

Services may be booked only by persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. The Expert must provide accurate registration, billing and professional information.

The webshop presentation is an invitation to place an order. The Expert submits a binding order by completing checkout and accepting these Expert Terms. The contract is concluded when SalesPro4U sends an order confirmation or begins performance.

There is no automatic entitlement to admission to the Expert Community or to an active search mandate. SalesPro4U may decline or end onboarding where capacity is unavailable, the service is not suitable, information is materially incomplete, legal or ethical concerns arise, or cooperation cannot reasonably be provided. Any payment for services not commenced will be refunded.

3. Available services

The current scope, price and availability of each service are shown in the webshop or individual confirmation. The following descriptions establish the general framework:

3.1. Free Membership. Where offered, Free Membership may include onboarding, inclusion in the internal expert database and passive consideration for suitable opportunities. It does not include an active search mandate and does not create a right to be presented to a company, receive a particular opportunity or obtain a job.

3.2. Premium Membership / Active Search Mandate. The Premium Membership may include active target-employer identification, market feedback, application support, prioritised consideration, CV support and a Job Application Video, depending on the product description. The fixed term is six months and ends automatically at the end of that period unless the Expert actively renews it. There is no automatic renewal by silence.

3.3. Power Session. A Power Session is a standalone individual coaching session with the duration stated at booking; the current standard duration is 30 minutes. It is normally conducted online unless otherwise agreed.

3.4. Coaching Journey. A Coaching Journey consists of the number and duration of individual sessions stated in the product description; the current standard is four individual 30-minute sessions. The scope, coach and intended outcomes are agreed at the start of the journey.

3.5. Job Application Video. Where included or separately agreed, SalesPro4U edits video material supplied or recorded with the Expert’s prior approval into a short application video. The Expert receives a review version and may request one reasonable correction round concerning factual errors, captions or minor editing. Major concept or reshoot changes may require an additional fee.

3.6. Other services. Additional workshops, assessments, profile services or coaching packages are governed by the service description and these Expert Terms unless separate terms are expressly agreed.

4. No job or placement guarantee

SalesPro4U provides the agreed coaching, preparation, search and support services but does not guarantee a job, interview, company introduction, contract, salary level, career outcome or placement within a particular period.

Career, application and contracting decisions remain the responsibility of the Expert and the relevant company. Coaches and mentors provide professional support and reflection, not binding instructions or guarantees.

5. Candidate data and approval before sharing

SalesPro4U does not share the Expert’s CV, identifiable profile, direct contact details, LinkedIn profile, Job Application Video or other identifiable application materials with a specific company without the Expert’s prior approval in text form for the relevant opportunity or recipient.

The Expert may approve or decline each proposed disclosure. Declining an opportunity does not terminate membership, but SalesPro4U is not required to present the Expert for opportunities the Expert has not approved.

Where an Expert approves disclosure, the receiving company may process the information for its own recruitment or contracting process under its own data-protection responsibilities. Further details are provided in the SalesPro4U Privacy Notice.

6. Coaching sessions, recording and AI-supported summaries

Coaching sessions and candidate meetings are not recorded by default. Recording, transcription or AI-supported summarisation takes place only after the participants have been informed and have actively agreed in advance.

Consent to recording or summarisation is voluntary and may be refused without losing access to the underlying coaching service. If a recording is needed to produce a Job Application Video, the Expert may instead provide suitable video material where technically possible.

Approved recordings, transcripts and summaries are used only for the agreed coaching, documentation or video-production purpose, are reviewed before use or sharing and are retained in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

7. AI-supported tools and human review

SalesPro4U may use approved AI-supported tools for internal drafting, translation, structuring, approved meeting summaries, profile drafts, identification of missing information and factual comparison with role requirements.

SalesPro4U does not use AI for automated candidate screening, personality or culture-fit scoring, behavioural conclusions, emotion recognition, biometric analysis, performance prediction, ranking, rejection, selection, recommendation or placement decisions.

AI-supported output is reviewed by qualified personnel. Full CVs are not uploaded to AI tools as a standard process; data is manually selected, minimised and, where possible, pseudonymised. Unreviewed raw AI output is not provided to companies or Experts.

8. Expert obligations and cooperation

The Expert shall provide truthful, current and complete information, promptly correct material errors and supply the documents and approvals reasonably needed for the booked service.

The Expert remains responsible for the content and lawfulness of personal materials, social-media statements, CV information and application documents supplied to SalesPro4U.

If the Expert accepts an interview or Match-Making Meeting, the Expert shall prepare appropriately, attend on time and promptly inform SalesPro4U of the outcome, offers, continued contact or collaboration arising from the introduction.

The Expert shall communicate respectfully and not misuse the webshop, accounts, coaching relationship, company contacts or confidential information. Login credentials are personal and must be protected from unauthorised use.

9. Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and expiry

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and normally conducted online. SalesPro4U and its coaches will use reasonable efforts to offer an appointment within six weeks after booking or completion of required onboarding, subject to availability and the Expert’s cooperation.

A session may be rescheduled once without charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellation or non-attendance may be charged at 100% of the session fee, unless SalesPro4U accepts a documented serious reason or mandatory law requires otherwise.

If SalesPro4U or the coach cancels, an alternative appointment will be offered without additional charge. If no reasonable replacement can be provided, the fee for the affected undelivered session will be refunded.

Unless the product description states otherwise, standalone coaching sessions and Coaching Journey sessions must be used within six months after purchase. They do not expire where the delay is attributable to SalesPro4U or where mandatory law requires an extension.

10. Membership term and ending after employment

The Premium Membership / Active Search Mandate has a fixed six-month term and ends automatically without notice. Continued service requires an active renewal by the Expert.

If the Premium Membership is billed in recurring instalments and the Expert signs a permanent employment contract during the fixed term, the Expert may request early termination by providing reasonable proof. The membership then ends at the end of the current paid billing period and no future recurring instalments are charged. Fees for services already delivered, one-time services and third-party costs are not refundable.

If the membership was fully prepaid, any pro-rata refund for the unused membership period is subject to the product description and must fairly account for services already delivered, included one-time services and costs incurred. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Job Application Video and media rights

The Expert retains rights in the Expert’s own image, voice and source material. SalesPro4U retains rights in its editing, layouts, templates, production methods and branding elements.

After full payment, the Expert receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the approved final Job Application Video for the Expert’s own applications and professional profiles. A SalesPro4U watermark may be included and may not be removed or materially altered without approval.

SalesPro4U may share the video with a specific company only after the Expert approves that disclosure. Public publication, podcast participation, testimonials, case studies and broader promotional use require a separate media release. Participation in a podcast or media format is not automatically governed by these Expert Terms.

12. Service changes

SalesPro4U may make minor changes that do not materially reduce the booked service, including changes of coach, platform, scheduling method or equivalent delivery format.

If an essential paid service component is discontinued or materially reduced and no equivalent replacement is offered, the Expert may terminate the affected service and receive a proportionate refund for the undelivered part.

Prices and service scopes may be changed for future bookings and renewals. Changes do not apply retroactively to a fixed paid term unless required by law or accepted by the Expert.

13. Prices, payment and taxes

The price and currency shown at checkout or in the order confirmation apply. Any applicable taxes and payment-provider fees are disclosed as required before completion of the order.

Payment is due at checkout or according to the agreed instalment plan. SalesPro4U may suspend services after unsuccessful payment and reasonable notice.

Payments may be processed by external payment providers under their own terms. The Expert shall not initiate an unjustified chargeback and should first contact SalesPro4U to resolve billing issues.

14. Consumer withdrawal right

SalesPro4U voluntarily grants Consumers a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after contract conclusion without giving a reason, in addition to any mandatory rights that apply in the Consumer’s country.

To withdraw, the Consumer must send a clear statement to expert@salespro4u.com before the deadline. The model form in Annex 1 may be used but is not required.

If the Consumer expressly requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraws, SalesPro4U may charge a proportionate amount for services performed before withdrawal. The withdrawal right may expire after full performance only where the Consumer expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the legally applicable consequence.

This withdrawal right does not apply to persons purchasing exclusively for business or professional purposes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Suspension and termination for cause

SalesPro4U may issue a warning, temporarily suspend access or terminate for material breach. Where the breach can reasonably be remedied, SalesPro4U will normally provide an appropriate cure period before termination.

Immediate suspension or termination may occur in cases of fraud, unlawful conduct, serious harassment, security abuse, deliberate misuse of company or candidate data, repeated unauthorised account use or material conduct causing legal or safety risk.

If SalesPro4U terminates without breach by the Expert, undelivered prepaid services will be refunded proportionately. If termination results from the Expert’s material breach, SalesPro4U may retain amounts corresponding to services delivered and proven loss, but will not automatically retain all prepaid fees as a penalty.

16. Coaching limitations and responsibility

Coaching is a professional development service. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or a substitute for services provided by appropriately licensed professionals.

The Expert remains responsible for decisions, applications, negotiations, statements, health and wellbeing, use of recommendations and compliance with the terms of prospective employers or clients.

17. Liability

SalesPro4U is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory liability for death or personal injury.

For ordinary negligence, SalesPro4U is liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for direct, foreseeable damage typical for the contract. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

SalesPro4U is not liable for the hiring decisions, statements, conduct or performance of independent companies, coaches, candidates, experts or external platforms, or for the absence of a job or placement outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Data protection and confidentiality

Personal data is processed in accordance with the SalesPro4U Privacy Notice available on the SalesPro4U website. The Privacy Notice describes the systems used, recipients, international transfers, retention and data-subject rights.

SalesPro4U and the Expert shall treat non-public coaching, company and opportunity information confidentially. The Expert shall not publish or forward confidential company information or third-party personal data without permission.

19. Governing law, courts and language

Swiss substantive law applies. For Consumers, this choice does not deprive the Consumer of mandatory protection or competent courts available under the law of the Consumer’s habitual residence.

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected.

Translations may be provided. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory consumer-law transparency and interpretation requirements.

20. Final provisions

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Mandatory consumer law takes precedence.

Operational communication may take place by email. SalesPro4U may update these Expert Terms for future bookings. Material changes to an active fixed term require consent unless required by law and not materially disadvantageous.
