Let’s be honest: at any age or career stage, many of us have been there. We start applying for jobs before we’ve really had the chance to pause and think things through. You scroll through job boards, create one AI-polished CV (somehow aligned with the job description), and send out applications – hoping that something will stick.
In today’s job market, visibility isn’t optional – it’s essential. And for young professionals, the challenge is even bigger: you’re entering a world where experience is demanded but rarely supported, where AI floods platforms with generic applications, and were standing out feels impossible.
