You scroll through job boards, create one AI-polished CV (somehow aligned with the job description), and send out applications – hoping that something will stick.
In today’s job market, visibility isn’t optional – it’s essential. And for young professionals, the challenge is even bigger: you’re entering a world where experience is demanded but rarely supported, where AI floods platforms with generic applications, and were standing out feels impossible.
